des accords et la vice-pr\u00e9sidente du Vietnam entre 1992 et 2002.Le 27 Janvier 1975, \u00ab L\u2019Accord sur la cessation de la guerre et du r\u00e9tablissement de la paix au Vietnam \u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9, mettant fin \u00e0 la participation militaire directe des \u00c9tats Unis dans la guerre du Vietnam.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;accord a pris fin apr\u00e8s quatre ans et demi de n\u00e9gociations, souvent dramatiques, que l&rsquo;on croit le plus long dans l&rsquo;histoire diplomatique.En se rappelant les n\u00e9gociations de paix de Paris on aurait du mal \u00e0 oublier l&rsquo;image d&rsquo;une petite femme entour\u00e9e d\u2019hommes en costume, ses cheveux nou\u00e9s sur la nuque de son cou, portant la distinctive robe traditionnelle vietnamien \u00ab l\u2019\u00e1o d\u00e0i \u00bb. C\u2019est Nguy\u1ec5n th\u1ecb B\u00ecnh, connue comme \u00ab Madame B\u00ecnh \u00bb.<\/p><p>En 2013, Mme Nguy\u1ec5n th\u1ecb B\u00ecnh, accompagn\u00e9e de M. Th\u00e1i, et d\u2019une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation vietnamienne, est venue \u00e0 Choisy-le-Roi pour comm\u00e9morer les quarante ans des Accords de Paris. Nous les avons suivis tout au long de ce parcours des comm\u00e9morations de ce qu\u2019\u00e9taient les cinq ann\u00e9es de n\u00e9gociations pour la paix au Vietnam. Il s\u2019agit aussi de grands moments de retrouvailles avec des amis du Vietnam en France, fran\u00e7ais et vietnamiens, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 de v\u00e9ritables compagnons de route de la longue bataille pour l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance du pays.<br \/>&#8212;<\/p><p><strong>Paris, 40 years after the 1973 Paris Peace Accords, with Ms Nguy\u1ec5n Th\u1ecb B\u00ecnh<\/strong>, a negotiator of the accords and Vice-President of Vietnam between 1992 and 2002. On 27 January 1975, the \u2018Agreement on the Cessation of Hostilities and the Restoration of Peace in Vietnam\u2019 was signed, bringing an end to the United States\u2019 direct military involvement in the Vietnam War.<\/p><p>The agreement came about after four and a half years of often dramatic negotiations, believed to be the longest in diplomatic history. When recalling the Paris peace negotiations, it is hard to forget the image of a petite woman surrounded by men in suits, her hair tied at the nape of her neck, wearing the distinctive traditional Vietnamese dress, the \u2018\u00e1o d\u00e0i\u2019. This is Nguy\u1ec5n Th\u1ecb B\u00ecnh, known as \u2018Madame B\u00ecnh\u2019.<\/p><p>In 2013, Mrs Nguy\u1ec5n Th\u1ecb B\u00ecnh, accompanied by Mr Th\u00e1i and a Vietnamese delegation, came to Choisy-le-Roi to commemorate the fortieth anniversary of the Paris Agreements. We followed them throughout this journey of commemorations marking the five years of peace negotiations in Vietnam. These were also significant moments of reunion with friends from Vietnam in France\u2014both French and Vietnamese\u2014who had been true companions on the long journey towards the country\u2019s independence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b49d90a e-flex
